Irene Njoroge
All Seasons Home Health Care LLC is a longtime dream come true for Irene Njoroge. Since she graduated from nursing school more than 10 years ago, (in 2005) and started working for home health care companies she has developed a passion for home health care service. Irene is passionately dedicated to providing a superior level of quality care to clients in their homes around their families.
Irene has over 20 years of nursing experience, more than 10 of those years devoted to home health care in the United States. She is a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and cousin to family members throughout the United States, Canada, and beyond. She enjoys her family and friends and knows that every client she serves has family connections too. She treats her clients the way she would want her own family members to be treated if they needed to be cared for in their homes.
But Irene’s service to others does not stop there. In addition to serving clients in their homes, Irene has volunteered countless hours of her free time helping others and giving back to the community. She has served on the Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center Multicultural Advisory Committee for 7 years. More recently as a volunteer for the organization Community Mediation and Restorative Justice Services (CMRS), she has served for almost 3 years as a mediator working with youth on restorative justice.
For over 10 years, from 2005 to 2015, Irene who is originally from Kenya, along with her husband James, founded and managed an orphanage in Kenya (Baraka Children’s Home) for rescued street girls, whose parents had died of HIV.
Irene envisions All Seasons Home Health Care LLC being a benefit to many.
